We keep the team small on purpose. It means the people who design your system are the same people who build it, and stay involved to support it.
ThoughtInks started with a simple observation: enterprise projects tend to go wrong somewhere between the people who understand the business problem and the engineers who write the code.
We built a studio to close that gap. Every engagement starts with a senior engineer—not a salesperson—and that same person stays involved through delivery and after launch.

I'm Vishnu. I started ThoughtInks after twenty-five years building enterprise and retail software, much of it around BambooRose and the systems that connect it to everything else.
I wanted to work the way I always thought consulting should work: with senior people, direct conversations, and enough time to understand a problem before proposing a solution. I still review code, join client calls, and stay involved after launch—because that’s often when the real work begins.
